Shipping Times
Wickum Weld uses ground service for shipments to the continental United States. Please allow approximately 2-8 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. We’ll send a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
Residential Deliveries
For residential deliveries, the local freight service terminal will call you to schedule a half-day time slot when you know you’ll be home so they can deliver your Wickum Weld. Do not take off work to accept delivery until you have received that call and agreed to a time with the freight company. They’ll drop it off during that time slot and they’ll request your signature.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for Wickum Weld will vary based on location. Ground shipping costs are calculated at time of order based on location.
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico- Not currently available.
Customized orders are not returnable
Shipping Damage
We carefully package each order to prevent damage, but accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Call us within 72 hours of receiving damaged items
- Take a photo of damaged items
- Keep all packaging and packing material
- Prepare the damaged merchandise for pickup

Any shipping damage MUST be reported to Wickum Weld within 72 hours of receipt of product for full claims processing. If reported within 72 hours, Wickum Weld will make arrangements to repair or replace damaged product and will cover shipping costs for replacement.
Any shipping damage reported after 72 hours of receipt cannot receive full claims processing. Wickum Weld will endeavor to repair or replace any damaged product with the customer paying shipping costs of repairs or replacements. Wickum Weld reserves the right to assess repair or restock fees, however, clear shipping damage will not be subject to restock fees.
